Noah has more than 7 years of experience in the fitness industry. Prior to becoming part of the TFX family, he was a Physical Training Instructor in the Singapore Police Force. He leads and train the team members to achieve a gold standard in IPPT. Noah, whom career revolves around helping others achieving the health and fitness they desire, is an extremely approachable and friendly coach.

Noah’s professional achievements include helping a client recover from a chronic issue through rehabilitation and strength training. He believes that regular exercise can help one manage symptoms, increase energy, improve mobility, and treatment may best proceed in conjunction with a medical practitioner.

These abilities are physical, mental, they may have lost them because of a disease or injury, or as a side effect from a medical treatment.

MASSAGE

STRETCH & SPORTS MASSAGE

Manipulative therapy is a physical treatment primarily used by physical therapists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists to treat musculoskeletal pain and disability; it mostly includes kneading and manipulation of muscles, joint mobilization and joint manipulation.

Sports massage is proven to release and reduce tension in muscles, improve circulation and encourage the removal of waste products such as lactic acid during high intensity activity and can help to relax the body. All of this helps promote recovery and reduces the chance of muscle injury


DO YOU KNOW? Deep Tissue Massage is as much the same as Sports Massage but commonly used by Therapist to treat non-sports people!

Private Pilate

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being.

Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. In Pilates the chance of injury is much lower than with other more strenuous forms of exercise.

Pilates also focuses on the mind-body connection. While doing the various exercises your mind needs to be constantly aware of your breathing and the way your body moves.

This form of exercise was developed by Joseph Pilates in Germany where he was a carpenter and gymnast. He invented Pilates as an exercise program for injured dancers and soldiers while living in the UK. Joseph Pilates believed that physical and mental health were closely connected. In the 1920's he immigrated to the US and opened a Pilates studio in New York. Originally this form of exercise was called Contrology.
